Job Summary

The Managed Services Operations Coordinator will be responsible for administrative services across all our Managed Services projects in the Technology Advisory unit, overseeing the day-to-day delivery of managed services engagements, ensuring operational excellence, compliance with client requirements, service level achievement and stakeholder management. The role serves as the primary coordination point between client stakeholders, service delivery teams, vendors, and internal leadership to ensure seamless execution of business processes and contractual obligations.

Your key responsibilities include

  • Managing day-to-day client services operations, ensuring service delivery is executed efficiently and in accordance with agreed requirements and service standards
  • Coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities based on workforce requirements and client’s request
  • Overseeing the onboarding, integration, and ongoing engagement of deployed personnel, ensuring resources are effectively settled into their roles and equipped for success
  • Coordinating payroll administration and client invoicing activities, ensuring personnel are remunerated accurately and on time while supporting timely billing and collection processes in accordance with contractual agreements
  • Monitoring workforce performance through periodic reviews, conduct quarterly performance assessments, facilitate performance discussions, and communicate client feedback to resources to drive continuous improvement
  • Serving as the primary liaison between the client, deployed personnel, and internal stakeholders, proactively managing issues, escalations, and stakeholder expectations
  • Preparing and maintaining operational reports, dashboards, trackers, and management information to support decision making, service monitoring and business reviews
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives by gathering feedback from both clients and deployed personnel, identifying process improvement opportunities, and implementing solutions that enhance service quality, employee experience and operational efficiency
  • Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships while serving as a key liaison between service delivery teams and client representatives to drive successful outcomes and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4 - 5 years of administrative experience.
  • Experience managing large enterprise clients
  • Good analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
