Job Summary

KPMG is currently seeking Service Entry Review Officers to support service entry verification and processing activities, ensuring services rendered are validated against contractual and purchase order requirements while maintaining accurate records and stakeholder coordination.

Requirements

You’re a strong candidate if you have:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline; with a minimum of Second-Class Lower (2.2) GPA.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in procurement operations, contract administration, service entry processing, or supply chain support. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/SCM systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Relevant professional certifications will be an advantage.
  • Experience working in oil & gas, energy, or large industrial environments is preferred.

You’ll help our oil and gas clients succeed by:

 

  • Reviewing and processing service entry sheets in accordance with established procedures.
  • Validating services rendered against approved contracts, purchase orders, and supporting documentation
  • Verifying completeness and accuracy of service entry submissions
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to resolve service entry discrepancies
  • Monitoring service entry processing timelines and aging transactions
  • Maintaining accurate service entry records and supporting documentations 
  • Supporting invoice readiness by ensuring approved service entries are processed in a timely manner
  • Escalating unresolved service validation or compliance issues affecting service entry completion and compliance
  • Generating service entry tracking and performance reports
