Job Summary
Position Summary The Quality, Methods & Reuse Lead is a Senior Manager-level role responsible for establishing, maintaining, and enforcing KPMG T&I's delivery quality standards, methodology frameworks, and reuse discipline across all five capability blocks. This role ensures that KPMG T&I's delivery approach is consistently excellent - not dependent on individual talent variation - and that the intellectual assets developed through delivery experience are systematically codified and reused.The Quality and Methods Lead is the structural mechanism that prevents quality from degrading as delivery volumes grow.
Job Details
Academic/ Professional qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant degree in Business, Technology, Quality Management, or a related field.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or equivalent quality management certification preferred.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a quality management, methodology, or practice development role.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing quality frameworks in a professional services or consulting environment.
- Strong technical writing capability and able to produce clear, structured methodology documentation.
