Job Summary

Talent Acquisition Specialist At KPMG, you will join a team of diverse and dedicated team to assist top organizations in filling Senior- C-level level roles.

Job Details

Key roles and responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing: 

  • Identify top talent using various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals 
  • Conducting industry mapping to identify potential candidates to fill C-level positions.
  • Contributing to the overall implementation of the recruitment team’s objectives in the unit
  • Managing the recruitment process from sourcing/headhunting
  • Identifying target organizations for headhunting activities on LinkedIn, social media networks and referrals

Candidate Screening: 

  • Review resumes, conduct telephone screenings, and assess candidates’ qualifications in line with key criteria.
  • Identifying, shortlisting, pre-screening the most suitable candidates for the next level of assessment

Interview Coordination: 

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Report Writing

  • Compile and document detailed reports on assessment sessions and outcomes.

 

Candidate Experience: 

  • Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process

 

Data & Pipeline Management: 

  • Develop and maintain robust pipeline of C-level candidates across different roles and sectors
  • Ensuring the maintenance and regular update of a comprehensive recruitment database 

 

Employer Branding: 

  • Contribute to KPMG’s employer branding and EVP initiatives by promoting our culture and values through various channels.
  • Staying up to date on updates in various sectors to enhance the recruitment process

Requirements

Academic/ Professional qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of a Second-Class Lower Division from a recognized university
  • M.Sc. with merit/distinction may be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 5 – 6 years’ experience in a recruitment role
  • Minimum of 5 O’Level credits in two sittings (including English and Mathematics)
  • Strong experience filling C-level roles within client facing environments
  • Strong experience working across different sectors
  • Good influencer abilities
  • Very good networking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good report writing skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Good project management skills
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian Labour and Employment Laws
  • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills
  • Good Technology & Digital skills- MS office packages, ATS and other candidate sourcing platforms & software
